Coleen Cunningham Foundation (CCF) Launches Global $10,000 Monthly AdWords Campaign to Boost PSP Awareness
October 15, 2024 - The Coleen Cunningham Foundation (CCF) is excited to announce the upcoming launch of a worldwide digital awareness campaign for Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (PSP), thanks to a generous Google AdWords grant providing $10,000 per month. This initiative marks a significant milestone in the fight against PSP, a rare neurodegenerative disorder currently lacking effective treatments or a cure.
With the campaign in its final stages of development, we are poised to bring unprecedented visibility to PSP. This campaign aims to educate the public, foster a global community of support, and drive research for those affected by PSP and related diseases.
A Collaborative Effort
This pivotal campaign has been made possible through the dedication of CCF’s Advocacy Committee, with heartfelt thanks to Tim, Peter, Rachel, Bhavana, Kate, and Laura. Their commitment to increasing awareness and research for PSP has been the backbone of this project.
Special gratitude is extended to Megan and Sara from Prosperwell in the UK, who have volunteered their time and expertise in digital marketing to set up our Google AdWords campaigns. Their invaluable guidance ensures we maximize the reach and impact of this initiative.
Goals of the Campaign
- Raise Awareness: By utilizing Google's extensive network, our goal is to put PSP on the map, enhancing understanding of this condition, its impact, and the urgent need for research.
- Encourage Research: We anticipate that this increased awareness will lead to greater interest and funding for research into treatments and, ultimately, a cure for PSP.
- Support and Community: To offer those affected by PSP a sense of community through increased online visibility and engagement, providing resources, support, and respite care options.
Looking Forward
The Coleen Cunningham Foundation is optimistic that this campaign will represent a turning point for PSP awareness and research. We believe that through increased digital presence, we can accelerate the journey towards finding effective treatments and a potential cure.
Stay tuned for the official launch date of the campaign, and join us in our mission to spotlight PSP. Together, we can make a profound difference.
