Join Our Weekly Thursday Zoom Support Group: On The Journey - Supports and Resources

🌟 We are excited to extend an invitation to our weekly support group meeting, “On The Journey - Supports and Resources.” This gathering is specially designed for individuals, caregivers, and family members who are currently navigating the complexities of caring for loved ones with neurodegenerative diseases.

When? Every Thursday, welcoming you to two hours of connection and support.

Time? Mark your calendars for 7-9 PM Eastern Time.

Who? Kate Borgert Facilitator

Our sessions focus on open discussions, sharing valuable resources, and providing support that is tailored to the needs and experiences of our participants. Whether you’re looking for advice, need to share your story, or want to learn more about how to support your loved ones effectively, this group is here for you.
“On The Journey” is more than just a meeting; it’s a community of compassionate souls, each with their unique experiences yet bound by a common purpose. It’s a place where you can find understanding, empathy, and resources to help you through the day-to-day challenges of caregiving.
