When will I get my order?
The average Processing and Shipping time for Canada & USA is 7-10 business days.
Usually, it takes 2-3 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

â—Ź Canada: 3-7 business daysÂ
â—Ź International 7-21 business days
Where will my order ship from?
Orders ship from Canada and USA.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
â—Ź Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
â—Ź Ask your local post office if they have your package
â—Ź Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.Â
Will I be charged customs for my order?
International orders outside of USA and Canada may have an additional customs and tax fee can occur. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
How are your products made?
We design all our own products personally and work with on-demand order fulfillment company’s. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
Returns
What’s your return policy?
We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!

REFUND/RETURN POLICY
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items need to be submitted within 1 week after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
We can only accept returns or exchanges if the item you purchased is misprinted/damaged/defective. If you receive a misprinted/damaged/defective item, please contact us with details of the product and the misprinted/damaged/defective.Â
To be eligible for a return on a misprinted/damaged/defective item, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Â
To start a return, please email us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.Â
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the misprinted/damaged/defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
Refunds for misprinted/damaged Items;
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is insufficient for delivery and the shipment is returned to our facility, you will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
