SPONSORSHIP PROPOSAL FOR THE CCF FOR PSP AWARENESS WALK

We are excited to present to you our sponsorship proposal for the upcoming CCF for PSP Awareness Walk in Burlington Ontario, May 2024. Below are the details of our four-tiered sponsorship packages:

1. Bronze Sponsor - $1,000 (5 Available)

As a Bronze Sponsor, you can expect the following benefits:

  • Logo Display: Your company's logo will be displayed on our event's website and mentioned in our social media posts leading up to the event.
  • Recognition during the event: We will acknowledge your contribution during the opening and closing remarks of the event.
  • Booth Space: You will have the opportunity to set up a small promotional booth at the event.
  • Thank You Plaque: A commemorative plaque expressing our appreciation for your support.

2. Silver Sponsor - $2,000 with (3 Available, one per industry)

As a Silver Sponsor, you will receive the Bronze benefits, plus:

  • Logo on Print Materials: Your company's logo will be included on print materials related to the event such as brochures, banners, and posters.
  • Logo on Participant's T-shirts: Your logo will be printed on the T-shirts provided to participants.
  • Social Media Promotion: Your company will be acknowledged in our dedicated social media posts with a brief description of your business and a link to your website.
  • Complimentary Walk Entries: 5 complimentary entries to the walk for your employees or guests.

3. Gold Sponsor - $5,000 (2 Available, one per industry)

As a Gold Sponsor, you will receive all the Silver benefits, plus:

  • Prominent Logo Placement: Your company's logo will be displayed prominently on the event's website, all print materials, participant's T-shirts, and at the start/finish line banner.
  • Raffle Prize Announcement: If you provide a prize for the raffle draw, we will announce it during the event crediting your business.
  • Promotional Material in Participant Bags: You can include promotional materials or samples in the bags given to participants.
  • Press Release Mention: Your company will be acknowledged as a Gold sponsor in any press releases or media coverage related to the event.
  • Complimentary Walk Entries: 10 complimentary entries to the walk for your employees or guests.

4. Diamond Sponsor - $10,000 (One Available, Exclusive)

As a Diamond Sponsor, you will receive all the Gold benefits, plus:

  • Premier Logo Placement: Your company's logo will be given premier placement on all event-related materials, including our website, print materials, participant's T-shirts, and the start/finish line banner. Your logo will also be displayed on the bib numbers worn by participants.
  • Opportunity to Speak: A representative from your company will have the opportunity to speak at the opening or closing ceremony of the event.
  • Exclusive Social Media Campaign: We will design an exclusive social media campaign around your brand's contribution to the event, ensuring maximum visibility to our followers.
  • Special Recognition in Press Releases: Your company will receive special recognition as a Diamond Sponsor in all press releases and media communications related to the event.
  • Prominent Booth Location: You will have the opportunity to select a preferred location for your promotional booth at the event.
  • Custom Banner: A custom banner featuring your company's logo will be produced and displayed prominently at the event.
  • Complimentary Walk Entries: 20 complimentary entries to the walk for your employees or guests.

The Coleen Cunningham Foundation serves individuals and families dealing with Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (PSP), Multiple System Atrophy (MSA) and Corticobasal Degeneration (CBD).

We are a dedicated Non-Profit Foundation Board made up of compassionate volunteers, each with a deeply personal connection to Atypical Parkinsonism. Our unifying bond stems from shared experiences - the struggle to secure a diagnosis, navigating unfamiliar healthcare landscapes, and grappling with a lack of information and community support. These challenges, felt keenly by many families across Canada dealing with Atypical Parkinsonism, have ignited a fervent passion within us.

We focus on conditions like Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (PSP), Multiple System Atrophy (MSA), and Corticobasal Degeneration (CBD), all forms of Atypical Parkinsonism often overlooked in mainstream healthcare discourse.
